Expreesnotary provides you with American Apostille certification services.
The United States joined the Hague Convention in 1981. Therefore, it can be used in more than 100 contracting parties around the world after being certified by the United States. The U.S. Apostille certification is issued by the State Department (documents issued by the federal government) and the Secretary of State (documents issued by the governing state government).
The mainland of China has not joined the Hague Convention, so when the document needs to be used in the mainland of China, it needs to be authenticated by the embassy.
For more embassy certification details, please check the Chinese Consular Certification in the United States.
The mark of Hague certification is a square additional certificate (ie note), and the text on the note is printed in the official language of the issuing organization. It must be written "Apostille" ("Apostille") in French to indicate the validity of the affidavit. Apostille certifies the authenticity of the signature and the identity of the person who signed the document. Each apostille document (including the date of issue and serial number) will be registered and managed by the responsible department, and the additional certificate will be issued by the department designated by the contracting state/region.
The following documents can be processed for US apostille:
